Precision Marketing Group (Precision) have provided outsourced business process services to the Octopus Energy Group (OEG) for the past eight years. During this time, Precision has developed deep expertise in Kraken, enabling it to support OEG and Kraken’s expanding client base, including TotalEnergies, Good Energy and Leep Utilities.

These services include SaaS technology and the sustainable production, fulfilment and distribution of customer communications and merchandise.

This proposal seeks to formalise the terms of future commissions with the separation of the Kraken and OEG companies so that future enhanced commissions are paid under a new agreement for the Kraken Marketplace.

Kraken will benefit through their clients, in UK, Europe and the US, partnering with Precision as a critical business process provider.
